The company was formerly known as Rongli Hardware Factory. Due to development needs, it moved to its current location in July 1998 and was officially renamed Zhongshan Zhaohe Electrical Appliance Industry Co., Ltd. The company covers an area of 6,000 square meters and a construction area of 28,000 square meters.

It mainly deals in hardware process wire racks (kitchen and bathroom pull-out baskets, hanging baskets, drain baskets, storage racks), metal grids, shells, and hardware accessories for household appliances, refrigeration plate tube evaporators, condensers, fin evaporators, self-adhesive sponge products. All products comply with ROHS standards and are regularly commissioned by third-party authoritative organizations for testing.
